Prices you can read before you call
Every service has a price on this page. Fixed where the work is predictable, "from" where it is not, and in that case confirmed in writing before we start.
All prices exclude VAT. Greek VAT of 24% is added to the invoice. Payment by bank transfer against invoice.

What changes the price
- Number of sites, accounts or servers. Each additional one is quoted separately, usually at a reduced rate.
- E-shops and custom applications. Payment flows and custom code take longer to review and verify.
- Server-level compromise. When the problem is outside one site (root, cron, other accounts), it is server work.
- Missing logs or previous cleanups. Investigations with little evidence take longer and reach narrower conclusions; we say so up front.

Are the prices with or without VAT?
All prices on this page exclude VAT. Greek VAT is 24% and is added to the invoice.
Why do some prices say "from"?
Because the work genuinely varies: an incident investigation on one small site and one on a server with twenty accounts are not the same job. In every "from" case we confirm the exact price in writing before starting, and nothing starts until you agree.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer against an invoice. Monthly plans are invoiced monthly, or yearly with two months free.
What if the site cannot be cleaned?
In practice every site can be cleaned; the question is whether it is worth it versus rebuilding from a clean backup. If during the work we conclude that a rebuild is the honest answer, we tell you before continuing and you only pay for the work done until then, which you keep in the form of the report.
Do you offer discounts for several sites?
Yes. Additional sites on the same account or server are quoted at a reduced rate. From five sites on a monthly plan we quote a bundle. Agencies and hosts have the partner rates above.
Is there a minimum term on the monthly plans?
No. Monthly plans can be stopped at the end of any month. Yearly plans run for the year and can be stopped at renewal.
Can I get an invoice for a company in another EU country?
Yes. Tell us the company details and VAT number when you request the service and we issue the invoice accordingly.
