- Hosting, domains, SSL certificates and backups storage (we work with what your host provides).
- Content changes, design or development work.
- Monitor plan: updates and cleanups are not included; they are quoted at the standard rate.
How we work
Monitoring only works when someone looks at the results. Every check is reviewed by a person and summarised monthly.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can stop at the end of any month. Yearly payment gives two months free and can also be stopped at renewal.
What exactly does "cleanup included" mean?
If the site gets infected while on Protect, one full cleanup per year is done at no extra cost. On Respond there is no limit, and an incident investigation is included when it is needed. Monitor does not include cleanups; you are alerted and we quote the standard price.
Do you do updates on the live site?
Yes, with a backup immediately before and a visual check immediately after. If an update breaks something we roll it back and tell you. For e-shops we agree an update window outside peak hours.
Can my developer keep working on the site?
Of course. We monitor and maintain; your developer builds. We ask only to be told about major changes so the integrity checks do not raise false alarms.
What happens if the site is hacked on the Monitor plan?
You get the alert from us, usually before you notice. The cleanup itself is a separate job at the standard price, or you can upgrade to Protect or Respond at that point.
Do you monitor the server too?
The plans are per site. Server-level monitoring and antivirus for hosts and agencies is arranged separately, see Server Security & Remediation.
Which platforms?
WordPress and WooCommerce, Joomla, Magento, OpenCart, PrestaShop, Drupal, Laravel and custom PHP sites. Updates are applied where the platform has a supported update mechanism.
