  2. We confirm the price in writing

    Fixed where the list says fixed. "From" prices are confirmed before we start.

  3. Evidence first, then cleanup

    Full backup, then manual work on files, database and server. Nothing deleted without a copy.

  4. Written report

    What was found, where, what was removed, what remains for you to decide.
