Resetting Your Password

Steps to Reset

1. On the login page, click "Forgot your password?"
2. Enter the email address associated with your account
3. Complete the security verification
4. Click "Send Reset Link"
5. Check your inbox for an email with the subject "Password Reset — KKAA Solutions"
6. Click the reset link in the email (valid for 1 hour)
7. Choose a new password and confirm it
8. Click "Reset Password"

Password Requirements

• Minimum 8 characters
• At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
• At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
• At least one digit (0-9)
