Understanding Payment Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Unpaid | An invoice has been issued but payment has not yet been received. |
| Paid | Payment has been received in full. Work will proceed. |
| Partial | A partial payment has been received. The remaining balance is outstanding. |
| Refunded | A refund has been processed for this case. |
Note: The payment status column only appears for cases that have been priced. New cases without pricing show a dash (—).
