Viewing Case Details & Timeline

When you click on a case from "My Cases", you open its detailed view. This page contains all information about that case:

Header

At the top you'll see the case reference (e.g. KK-1042), current status badge, and whether it's marked as urgent.

Meta Information

  • Site — The affected website URL
  • Platform — WordPress, Magento, etc.
  • Submitted — When you created the request

Tabs

Timeline

A chronological log of all activity on your case: creation, status changes, file uploads, and communications. This updates in real time as our team works.

Services

Once our team has assessed your case, this tab shows the services provided and their individual costs, with a total at the bottom.

Invoice

When an invoice is ready, it appears here. You can view or download it directly from this tab.
